1. Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation. We listen to how you live and ask the questions that matter before a single line gets drawn or a material gets selected. We offer in-person consultations at our Northvale showroom and Zoom appointments for your convenience.
2. Design & Planning
We design your kitchen to your exact measurements. From there, we work through your style preferences together whether you're drawn to the clean lines of a modern or European style, the warmth of a traditional design, or the balance of a transitional kitchen. We select the cabinet door style, finish, color palette, and hardware that fits your vision. You see the full design before anything moves forward.
3. Material Sourcing
Every material for your kitchen is available to see and touch at our Northvale showroom. We walk you through each selection together:
Cabinetry: Solid wood doors, plywood box construction, soft-close hinges and drawer guides as standard.
Countertops: Quartz, natural stone, quartzite, and granite, selected to complement your cabinet finish and overall palette.
Tile & Backsplash: A curated range of tile options to tie the design together from floor to eye level.
Lighting: Under-cabinet, pendant, and recessed options coordinated with the overall design.
Hardware & Fixtures: Handles, knobs, sinks, and faucets selected as part of the design, not as an afterthought.
4. Installation & Oversight
Once materials are ordered and delivery is confirmed, we plan the full installation sequence before anyone steps foot on site. Every trade is coordinated in the right order so the project moves without interruption.
Flooring is completed first, then cabinets are installed. Once cabinetry is in place, countertop templating begins and backsplash installation follows. Lighting is the final touch before handover.
Throughout the entire process, we manage the schedule and coordinate every step on site. One point of contact, start to finish.
5. Final Walkthrough
Before we consider any project complete, we do a full walkthrough of the finished space. We check every detail ourselves first cabinetry alignment, countertop seams, backsplash, lighting, hardware. Then we walk through it with you. If anything needs attention, we address it on the spot. Once you're satisfied with every detail, we document the finished space with professional photos and video before we close out the project.
