Timelines vary by building rules, scope, and material lead times. As a ballpark, design and approvals often precede construction; once on site, a focused kitchen or bath can move efficiently with proper planning and scheduled inspections.

Can you work within building quiet hours and elevator reservations?

Absolutely. We plan deliveries, protection, freight/elevator time slots, and quiet hours around your building’s requirements.

Who purchases finishes and fixtures?

We’ll help you select and specify everything. Procurement can be handled by us or coordinated with you—either way, we manage lead times and verify compatibility before installation.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We maintain appropriate licensing and insurance for NYC projects, and we provide COIs as required by buildings and boards.
