Renovating in New York works best when one team owns the plan, the approvals, and the build. Our design-build approach keeps everything under one roof—so you get fewer handoffs, fewer surprises, and a smoother experience from first sketch to final punch list.

The steps
-
Discovery & Concept
We walk your space, clarify goals and constraints, and shape a clear concept that fits your building and lifestyle. You’ll see initial layouts and direction so we agree on the path before details begin.
-
Design Development
We refine the plan -layouts, elevations, key details- and start coordinating technicals (plumbing, electrical, ventilation). You’ll know how the design looks and how it will work day-to-day.
-
Selections & Specifications
Together we curate cabinets/fixtures/finishes, then document everything in a clean spec package (plans, reflected ceiling plans, plumbing and electrical notes, materials schedule). This locks scope and sets the stage for accurate scheduling.
-
Approvals & Permits
We prepare and coordinate your board package and manage DOB filings/inspections. Building rules (quiet hours, elevator bookings, deliveries, COIs) are built into the plan so the job stays on track.
-
Build & Oversight
Site protection, demo, rough-ins, inspections, and finishes—sequenced and managed by an experienced project manager. We coordinate trades, logistics, deliveries, and quality checks so progress is steady and tidy.
-
Installation, QA & Handover
Final installs and detailing, punch-list walk-through, and a clean handoff. You get warranty info and care guidance so your space looks great long after move-in.
